Note: During Gastronomad Experiences, every day is filled with surprises. Every new activity is a secret revealed just before we do it. That means most of what we do is not listed here, or mentioned on our website. Guests usually love the surprises, but if you prefer not to be surprised, let us know.

Everything else is included in the price of the Experience (food, airport transfers, transportation during the event, event activities and experiences are all included).
Our small group will all stay together for six days and five nights in a very large ancient French Provencal farmhouse that's been completely renovated and it's surrounded by stunning scenery.

We'll learn about and taste all the food delicacies in the region of Provence.
We'll take excursions to wineries, meet the winemakers and learn about winemaking — and also how to taste wine like a pro, focusing on the special attributes and culture of French wine.
We'll learn the secrets of lavender in Provence, the largest lavender oil producing area in the world.
We’ll visit some of our favorite restaurants for exclusive gastronomy sensory experiences and enjoy many other food-related experiences in the area.
We’ll visit the most stunning hill top perched ancient villages in Provence (and some Provençal markets).
We’ll discuss the book, Gastronomad as well as the art of living as a gastronomad and as an approach to deep travel (vs. conventional tourism).
We'll visit with some of our local friends.
